IAC/Interactive Corp case filed in United Stated Federal Court for the Central District of California. Erik Syverson has filed a lawsuit on behalf of advertisers on the website Citysearch.com alleging that Citysearch advertisers were charged for fraudulent and/or illegitimate pay per click programs. Judge Christina A. Snyder recently certified this case as a national class action.
