Tufamerica, Inc., Eastern District of California: Defended music publisher sued by digital distribution company for fraud and breach of contract relating to the sale of a vast jazz and blues music catalogue including artists such as Ray Charles. Plaintiff sought damages exceeding $2,000,000. Tufamerica counter-sued. Case settled with payment to Tufamerica on its counter-claims.
